We’re fast approaching the best time of the year, and the excitement is bubbling up! I know for most of us, it’s the busiest time of the year too, as we have a million things on our minds, go through mile-long shopping lists, wrap up projects, and somehow still manage to attend half a dozen parties. Even though food takes center stage during the holiday season, its planning usually gets pushed aside till the very end, when we scramble to prepare and execute festive menus for family and friends.
To help your thinking a bit, today I’m giving you some food for thought! Literally!
